  Huge store. Very well kept. But I had to ask a Customer Service Rep more than 3 times to actually LOOK for the item that their own inventory and online said they had in stock. It was never found, but another associate gave us a viable, albeit convoluted, work-around that we may try.

  I would like to commend the manager Tim of the granite run Kohls and the customer service associate Meredith on the way they handled a difficult customer this evening. They displayed professionalism and patience In dealing with a customer for over 45 minutes. They attempted To resolve the issue using many different approaches but never once did I witness frustration on their part. I even went back after my transaction to commend them, only to find them still working with her. I hope the district and regional managers see this, because they really did do an amazing job.
